Gluten-Free Chocolate Cookies
Mantler Gluten-Free Cookie Mix
- 200g Mantler Gluten-Free Cookie Mix
- 180g butter, soft
- 4 eggs
Then stir in:
- 250g Mantler Gluten-Free Cookie Mix
- 40g cocoa
Mix 200g of gluten-free mix, butter and eggs with a stand mixer for 5 minutes.
Combine the rest of the gluten-free mix and cocoa and stir into the mixture. Fill a pastry bag with the mixture and place the cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at a mild temperature.
Baking time: app. 15 minutes in a preheated oven
Baking temperature: 180°C
When cool, brush the cookies with redcurrant jam, put together and dip the
ends in chocolate.
