
Gluten-Free Nut cookies
Mantler Gluten-Free Cookie Mix
Ingredients:
- 500g Mantler Gluten-Free Cookie Mix
- 300g grated walnuts
- 150g butter
- 75g honey
- 1 egg
Preparation
Knead all ingredients into a homogenous dough.
Then form dough rolls with a diameter of approx. 3cm, roll in granulated sugar and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Then cut into ½ cm thick slices, put on a prepared baking sheet and bake.
Baking time: app. 15 minutes in a preheated oven
Baking temperature: 180°C
