Gluten-Free Chocolate Bundt Cake

Mantler Sponge and Cake Mix Gluten-Free

Ingredients:

  • 250g Mantler Gluten-Free Sponge & Cake Mix
  • 6 eggs
  • 20g cocoa
  • 130g liquid butter

Preparation

Beat the gluten-free mix, cocoa and eggs with a mixer for 3 minutes. At the end, stir in the liquid butter.

Pour the mixture into a greased bundt cake tin previously sprinkled with gluten-free breadcrumbs and bake in the oven.

Baking time: app. 40 minutes in a preheated oven
Baking temperature: 180°C
