Consumer demand for high-quality products, as well as the need for food safety, prompted the Mantler Mill to prepare the company for the IFS Food certification (International Featured Standards) back in 2009.
After numerous talks and tireless efforts of all our employees, the first IFS Food certification took place in February 2010. We were very pleased to meet all of the IFS Food Version 5 requirements at a “higher level” (meaning we achieved at least 95% of the maximum points).
Since then, we have undergone annual inspections, now under IFS Food Version 6, ensuring the highest product safety, quality and hygiene. We have continuously maintained our “higher level” ever since, even improving our percentage.
